The Stop the Cold program helps keep those in need in Indiana County warm. The winter clothing drive collects winter coats, hats, gloves, and scarves. We are currently collecting now through April 30th. If you do not wish to purchase items to donate but would like to help, you can make a monetary donation via check payable to ICCAP.
